Probably a good move. The down moves in the marginal players like NFI,LEND,NEW and DRL lately have been astounding. Many local midwest banks are also down a bunch. Here in Florida they are pumping housing and refinancing still to no end. I believe the push to get you to borrow has reached new heights the past few months even after an extended period of fed tightening. Amazing.
