My wife thinks that this will backfire on the conservatives. I think she's unrealistically optimistic. I expect this to continue through the appeal process; end up in the USSC who will either rule that the law is un-Constitional or leave stand a lower Court ruling that it is un-Constitutional. Conservatives will use this as "proof" that the entire judiciary is filled with activist judges. This will make their "pro-life" base happy. These people will not be happy until the US becomes a defacto theocracy....their theocracy. jttmab
