the "substance" of your argument was easily dismembered with a pair of logical tweezers Your response showed that you didn't understand the original assertion. You may think you have used logic to dismember my argument, but your rebuttal didn't address the substance of my original statements. You did what most do here on SI, you gave an argument against your own misunderstanding! I don't know about you but I always win debates with myself. One can't launch a decent rebuttal until you actually understand what it is that has been written. The Laffer Curve works up to a point, but then since you've studied these things, you already knew that, right?
