107 dems didn't have the balls to vote either way. LOLOL the party of pussys Congress was on recess. They were not in DC. Some of the GOP members flew back to DC specifically for this vote and then they flew back to where they were at the time Delay put out his hysterical call. All so that a federal judge could reaffirm what the state judges had done 8 times previously. BTW guess who paid for all those extra plane fares at full price?
