Maybe the Government and the Left have found a new and evidently acceptable, way of enforcing the death penalty....starve and dehydrate the guilty. If it is applied to the innocent, then surely it can be applied to the guilty.

congress can legislate what types of cases fall into the jurisdiction of the federal court system

as far as i can see the judge has ejudicated on the basis of a 2 hour hearing with no witnesses and concluded that the family will not prevail in a de novo federal case
