I'll have to look into the Japanese panels. I'd be very surprised if your 20% figure is anywhere close, without subsidies. I just don't believe the Koreans could be 500% higher. Perhaps that number includes subsidies for locals?

In any event, if I can get the panels at a price point that gives me at least a 65% return on today's prices, I'd go for it. I'd do the installation myself.
