If he had done something actionable, the parents would have brought it out in court.

oh i am absolutely certain of that...

however from what i have read there were questionable injuries to ms. schiavo, was it enough to be "actionable" as in a criminal inquiry? i don't know

i do remember reading that a nurse testified that terri schiavo was able to take food and water by mouth until ordered to insert a feeding tube

and who ordered that?

her husband...

and then only after the insurance settlement, suddenly he remember 'terri wouldn't want have a tube'

really?????

so he orders the insertion of the feeding tube, gets the money, then realizes he had a conversation where she states no tubes for me....and ever since has litigated to have the feeding tube removed.
