The consolodaton story may be somewhat real, although these large builders need BIG tracks to bulldoze and create whole neighborhoods for the real premium mark-ups. I'd love to hear someone address that issue vs what the whole market is... ie. when people say 'they only have 20% of the market'... what does that mean? Does that include condo conversions, and residential highrises for example? I wonder what % of the 'whole' market is really able to be exploited by these types of builders... cause a lot of the buiding trade {infills even} is TOUGH ASS BUSINESS!
