CJ, The 6 or 8 they have blocked hardly counts as tooth and nail. The Republicans blocked 60 of Clinton's appointments.

Really? I'd sure like to see a link.

Rush played a clip from Barbara Boxer today, where she basically says that there's nothing wrong with increasing the judicial requirement from 51 to 60 Senate votes, and that it's totally worth it when you consider that judges are in for life. In other words, Boxer confirmed two things:

- Confirmation used to take 51 votes.
- The obstructionist effort is worth it given her political beliefs.
