That bill could have been flown down to him to sign as well. The court wasn't taking the matter up until the morning anyway. The time delay didn't matter. In any case, we're spliting hairs here. It just seems like this whole Terri issue is being used for political grandstanding, especially in light of all the other death and destruction in this world, a lot of it caused by these same cynical politicians.
