Terri Schiavo's is not. They function outside of a hospital room. Terri Schiavo does not. Do you see the difference? This is not rocket science. In fact, its very elementary. That's why the courts keep deciding in favor of the husband. Meanwhile, the US taxpayer gets bilked again by the sickness that pervades this Congress. Stupid is as stupid does!
