I am looking at larger cap stocks such as PFE, NOK, CSCO, HPQ, and IBM, for example. Even MSFT is cheaper now (take into account that they fully expense all options). I think the rotation will be to larger cap. They are not sexy and are out of favor. They are big but strong and flush with cash and cash flow. They will grow a little better than the market in mediocre times and fall less, IMO, and perform better when it turns. They are survivors. I like energy companies as well, but am afraid that they are stretched a bit here, despite having great future prospects.
