Ted, After you answer my question first?

I already did. You asked, "Does being a human being allow you to fudge on the facts?" It all depends on what your definition of the "facts" are.

Such nonsense.........I can't believe I am talking to someone who has a degree in engineering.

Fact: Terri is brain-damaged. No duh.

Your opinion: Terri isn't a life worth sustaining. (shudder)

Terri Schiavo is more than brain damaged.......she is a vegetable. If she were born a vegetable, I would say let her live. However, she was born a human with sentience. She is being artificially kept alive. She would die not only because she can't feed herself......she can't even swallow the food. She can't talk, she doesn't respond to outside stimuli, she recognizes no one. Its so sad that you let your biases color your rationality and the opinions and views of numerous MDs and judges. Even my cousin, a dyed in the wool GOPer and a Floridian agrees.
