Al, I somehow got the wrong impression that you and looney tunes harris were bitching about liberals trumping state rights...I also mistakenly thought conservatives were for less goverment.

Lots of hypocrisy on both sides, Al. All I'm sure of is that Terri Schiavo ought to live. But I guess that's something her cheatin' husband legally gets to decide.

Given that federal law trumps state law, and that by your admission this isn't a constitutional issue, I see nothing wrong with what Congress did.
