elazardo this is the course of events that will follow:

1. Faro and Zwebner will be sanctioned in the CNN lawsuit.

2. The Lycos II lawsuit will be transfered and combined with the Lycos I lawsuit in Massachusetts.

3. The Lycos attorneys will use the CNN lawsuit dismissal and sanctions to obtain a dismissal and sanctions against Faro and Zwebner.

4. The IrishJim attorneys will use the Lycos and CNN dismissals and sanctions to obtain a dismissal and sanctions against Faro and Zwebner.

5. The RipOffReport attorneys will use the CNN, Lycos and IrishJim dismissals and sanctions to obtain a dismissal and sanctions on Zwebner and his attorney.

6. Faro will be disbarred.

7. Zwebner's other attorney, Robert Cooper, will be disbarred.

8. Zwebner will be shipped to Israel.

shadowfax8x, well it will be interesting wo see what becomes of Mr. Zwebner and Mr. Faro now. Was there ever any doubt that this would get dismissed?
