Yes I think that historically the QQQQ has bounced off of the lower Linear Regression line each time over the past two years so it should this time as well. As goes the QQQQ, so go the markets.

Your words: Are you suggesting that the lower line should function as strong support now?

My words: I only look at short term time frames so if you are asking me if a major market reversal is going to happen at the lower Linear Regression channel line my answer is "I have no idea" and "who cares" because I am not trading 18 months out from today. I simply think it will bounce there.
