Slagle,

Again, very interesting to read your comments about the Cuban Missile Crisis. I was 12 when it occurred, so I can probably be forgiven for not really knowing much about the political dynamics of that episode. My political consciousness began a couple of years later when the U.S. aggression in Viet Nam was starting to really take off under the devious leadership of another lying President, Lyndon Johnson.
