2) A few years ago I helped deliver a boat to the Chesapeake area and we passed a NG off loading facility [which at the time was NOT in use] somewhere near Annapolis-Baltimore area. Is that facility in use yet?? Don't know who owns it.

That is the Cove Point facility, owned by Dominion (D). It is definitely back in use having been in mothballed for quite some time (10 years???). It was expanded and has been operating for about one year.

I'll have to dig up the info but beleive the first SPR in China will not be finished until early fall.

First one is being built somwhere near the northern port of Dalian.

I have read that they start filling in August 2005.

Posted several times on another message board. I would infer from this that 2005 is the year that things get real interesting in the crude markets. Not that it isn't interesting now ;^)
