Ultimately, I think the federal courts will not change the result reached by the 19 state judges who have scrutinized this case more than any similar case in the history of the republic. But the court will probably act to preserve its ability to ensure that it gets it right.

And if my wife was in her position, I wouldn't let photograhpers snapping her picture either.

Re: Did you ever ask yourself why the husband refuses any pictures be taken of the wife?

I have read that he has been separated from her for 10 years and has been living with someone else. Would partly explain (to me atleast) why the wishes of the parents and the "husband" diverge as they do.
