I don't know?!? Honestly, I haven't been following that case, but I do know that he was never convicted in a court of law. So, in the eyes of the law Robert Blake is just as innocent as you or me of that murder.

There are all sorts of comparissions that could be made to this Terri case. But, it comes down to how our society functions and deals with life and death matters. This case demonstrates why we need things such as living wills and clearer laws to provide guidance to the courts in such matters. I read yesterday that then Governor George W. Bush signed a law in Texas that gave hospitals the power to pull the plug if the patient couldn't pay.
