I am sure GST was going bonkers when the Chinese Embassy was accidentally ??? hit. Con Law prof used to always say ones views were mostly based on whose ox is being gored. If some chinese leader was on the feeding tube, he would be against removal. If Greenspan or Bush were on it, another story altogether. GST=phony baloney

In my view the bombing of the Chinese Embassy was not our finest moment -- if it was intentional it was clearly illegal. If it was not intentional, at the very least it was a gross error.
