Iraqis are being shot and from what we can tell torture continued under our watch

A handful of cases, that were investigated and exposed by the Army itself. The media did not break the story of Abu Ghraib, the army did. And it is obvious to anyone with eyes that Abu Ghraib was the work of sadists having some fun. Some one up the line suggested softening up the prisoners, and the these clowns said 'oh goody, now we can have some fun'. Most of the time, the prisoners weren't even being questioned. It was as far from a standard policy as you could get.

And in your eyes, this equals 400,000 Iraqis in mass graves, every single one put there by Saddams forces with extreme "legality". No difference at all, to you. In fact, you have often expressed your preference for Saddam and stated we should have stuck to the "law" and left him alone.
