The constitution does not guarantee the right to vote if someone is a stupid moron. It was the Voting Rights Act of 1965, which restricted our government from denying the right to vote to stupid morons. Our Founding Fathers did not wanted idiots to select our future governments, since it is so difficult to get good leaders. The Voting Rights Act of 1965 was a mistake that we are paying for right now because of the bad government that is in place in many places throughout our country. Our country is declining in our educational system, our child care system, our energy system, our justice system, our food system, etc. You seem happy and bliss with your lack of knowledge and awareness. Go forth and be happy.
