Unfortunately, we have this liberal bias in our society that prevenbts us from taking preventaive action against our enemies. Hell, we can't even get the liberals to back up our actions in Iraq.

I think that it is within our rights to defend ourselves against potential terrorists in foreign countries that support killing Jews and Christians. In a civilized world, we support equal rights for all people. In an uncivilized world, the terrorists sit back and chant death threats against the US and train their children to hate the West. They train suicide bombers to kill the police in their own country.

It was obvious there would be a problem some day with bin Laden. However, I guess I have to give the liberals some credit that pre-emptive action would have damaged our credibility. It is surprising that we have not heard that much about the Russian response to Chechnyan terrorists. I hoped to hear that the Russians clamped down hard on the terrorists involved in the school bombing and made examples of them as never seen before. Maybe they have and we just haven't heard about it.

Violent criminals should only have limited rights. Things are getting out of control in this country. I think the example of bad behavior in the Middle East is tainting the judgement of criminals in this country. Just think about the number of attacks against law officials and judges in recent weeks. It is horrible to imagine a criminal waiting in a judges home to kill him and his family. I have noticed on the news that more violent offenders are being punished under terrorist codes

In reality, we need to finally admit that you are guilty til proven innocent. It is pretty difficult to imagine the police finding a non guilty person. They don't really look all that hard in the first place. All a person has to do is hole up with an old friend like the judge killer in Atlanta.

We need to put the fear back into the minds of the criminals or terrorists. In my mind, there is little that seperates violent criminals from terrorists. They should all be treated the same. I think interrogation should be introduced for all violent offenders.
