"No negative revenue impact". A vague term it can mean no reduction in revenue from what the revenue has been in the past or it can mean no reduction in revenue from some estimated value of what it could have otherwise been. I prefer to deal with the concrete here. Its impossible reliably predict what revenue is going to be or to tell what it would have been had things been different. In simple concrete terms revenue staid about the same. That is a clear fact, not spin, or prediction or guesswork. Tim
