ALAN is, at this point, not just the Ohio RFP..that is a done deal, but on a lease agreement rather than the straight up 450k..the deal will work out to about 900k when completed, they are working out the paper now. That's why they have not released any news on it as yet.

HOWEVER, that is a small taste of what is also in the works internationally as well as one state that is not interested in pilot testing the system. They want their entire facility installed. IR is expecting two full contracts in the near term, one from that state and one from a forgien country within the next thirty days. They expect further sales to be generated from the forgien contract. 3 countries shown interest in the system.

I kind of had a feeling that with the recent volume and price there was something more going on than just a 450k RFP in Ohio.
