There are a lot of born-agains in the area, and they usually don't vote for anyone who doesn't make a big show of praying and how Jesus guides their life. Now that is usually and not always, that particular card can be over-played. I was wondering if Delay's ineffective histrionics over the Schiavo case would upset his constituents. Then I realized that to them its probably the thought that counts.......plus in their minds, Delay was doing God's work. Oh well..you get what you pay. ted
