as a good conservative...I think too many people have been involved in this decision...the parents should have been allowed legal guardianship and they should have been given the option to take their daughter home.

There is damned little dignity or compassion in starving anyone to death. This case involves things that could benefit from more thought and reason....Making a political football out of it is piss poor at best.
