where do the anti-capital punishment people come down on this?
Dunno. There was an argument I've seen on this thread and elsewhere that Terri should have the same habeas corpus rights as death-row inmates, but I don't think that was raised by anti-capital punishment folks.

"Just out of curiosity, where do the anti-capital punishment people come down on this?"

I am strongly anti-DP, but I am also pro "right to die." (However, this does not mean that I am pro "right to be killed by the State if I don't have the means to do it myself.")

Speaking only for myself: Since there is no documentation that Terri would want to be killed in a situation like this, she should not be killed.

Period.
