Her parents are second in line in the decision process -- her husband is the person to make the decision. They have blocked her right to die and his rights as her husband for many years. The courts have decided, and rightly so, that justice and humanity have been denied too long. Nobody should be forced by the State to be kept on life support long after the parts of the brain responsible for consciousness have already died.
