Anyone that thinks there is an inflation problem in the US needs to take a look at the employment situation. BTW, I took out my interest only loan 5 years ago when my fixed mortgage was around 7 1/2 % Job growth getting more robust. A little inflation doesnt hurt but a shot across the bow which AG took on thursday doesnt hurt either. Dont think he has overshot on rates (yet). As far as you interest free loan goes, you have done OK but should have switched to fixed about 2 months ago. And i should have sold jdsu god knows when. Mike
