OK so what should he do? Where should interest rates be now? How do you deal with twin deficits going forward along with the fall of the dollar? Are you worried about foreigners dumping treasuries if current situation allowed to continue? If you are not what do you think results would be if foreigners switched to euros? Less demand for treasuries and ???higher interest rates. It aint so simple. I worry about AG too but i am not in the demonization camp that blames him for everything bad that has happened since 2000. Remember he (monetary) and bush (fiscal) saved this country from depression post 9/11. mike
