I had a two hour practice yesterday and I'm feeling it this morning! I'm suppose to go play golf this afternoon, that should loosen me up again. I slept like the dead! Nothing woke me except the need to pee!

Why are you only sleeping 4 hours?

My husband takes Melatonin after he gets back from flying. Helps get his sleep pattern back on track. It's a natural something that your body makes that regulates your sleep. As you get older, your body produces less and less which screws with your ability to sleep like you should.
