It sounds like you're losing sleep because you're stressing over losing sleep! LOL! Might I recommend sitting in the jacuzzi with a nice young babe and a giant margarita for 2 hours before bedtime? It's very relaxing and you should sleep like a baby. (Tell me THAT ain't better than "Take 2 asprin and call me in the morning"?). My normal night's sleep is about 4 hours, but I take a 1/2 hour nap after lunch and I'm good to go for another 10 hours.
