Terri's Law gives her parents the right to file a case in federal court based on violations of federal law and/or Constitutional rights, but not a whole new trial on state law issues.

Don't know anything about the law, but it seems to me Terri's Law made things more complicated. It didn't solve anything.

A person should have the right to choose not to have life support. If it is not clear what the person wants, than the person stays on life support. When the money runs out, right to lifer's will have to find a way to pay.

Can't see how difficult it is to pass that kind of law.
