Gee, and it didn't even take an illegal invasion by an imperialistic regime resulting in 10s of thousands of dead citizens and approaching 2000 dead Americans justified with trumped up WMD babbling followed by a laundry list of ever shifting pseudo-justifications as an occupation ensued unleashing a growing cadre of terrorists-in-training, a sapping of the US economy and a highly malignant twisting of the role of the press in a democratic society.
