Melatonin really does work.
I took it because of a migraine study.

I took 3 mg at night, the first few days I felt sleepy during the day. Thay is why I say to take 1 mg for you, so you can still be wide awake in the morning.

Melatonin is a natural and supports healthy sleep patterns. The body naturally releases melatonin in response to changes in light and the levels rise at night.

I was getting 1 hr sleep 4 times a day. I was taking 17 pills of 11 different ones every day. The doc changed my meds to 11 a day of 8 kinds. Now I sleep 4 hrs 3 times a day, losing wt slowly, and my blood pressure and blood sugar is under better control. If you take a lot of Rx drugs, consider having a review.
