Life support vs. forced feeding. Sems like two sides of the same coin. Not following your logic. In both cases it is keeping a person alive with technology.

He is still Terri's legal guardian, and under our laws he has the right to pursue the path he has chosen. If you don't like it, change the laws. These laws are in place for good reason. We want to be civilized and deal with our disputes in legislators and courts. Guardians have legal power over their loved ones.

Look, I'd like to see Terri live also. But, we are suppossed to be a nation of laws, and if that is truly the case, we should abide by the court's decisions. Now, even the Supreme Court has weighed in. It looks like Terri will die in the next few days.

Perhaps we could divert money from killing people in Iraq and spend it on keeping people like Terri alive.
