That chart remains fodder for the bulls IMO until it breaks down.

but with the market starting to collapse

While tech is not bullish looking, as I've said before we don't even have a lower low yet on the SPX daily/weekly. I think its premature to say the market is beginning to collapse, although I do see some hints that could be the case.

But talk to me on a close below 1163.
