That's all appellate courts do. Appeals courts don't review factual findings. They review for errors of law.

and i am convinced that is why the legislature and executive branch felt compelled to intervene in some way and drafted legislation in the vain hope of getting terri schiavo substantive due process

which of course she did not

so the state holds firm for her execution

goose-stepping (cloaked in black robes) the way for the usurpation of individual's right to live, in favor of the state process (the greater good of course!!)
