It's my understanding that he was found guilty of:

* five counts of securities fraud
* one count of racketeering conspiracy
* one count of securities fraud conspiracy
* one count of extortion
* one count of extortion conspiracy
* two counts of wire fraud

Here is some additional info from the docket:

* Troy Peters trial set for June 13, 2005
* Lynn Wingate trial set for June 27, 2005
* forfeiture proceedings now underway, due date to be fully briefed by prosecution and defense May 15, 2005
* no sentencing date set yet (Tony cooperating with the prosecution? No way we would know of course.)
* several filings by the media to unseal documents and transcripts, meaning make them publicly available

Per a prior order, it appears that tomorrow, 3/25/05, is the deadline for AUSA to file a superseding indictment naming additional defendants.
