Through innuendo and out right lying, he slandered these people so that their careers were ended or badly damaged. Fortunately, his demagoguery only lasted three years when Eisenhower put a stop to it, and the drunken fool was dead by the age of 48. Fifty years later, disgusting pervs like coulter are trying to rewrite history and paint him as a patriot. LMAO! Joe McCarthy is an example of when the right goes amok.
