In case you missed it, 43 won the election last fall, and they could care less about current polls as they tick off wins on their agenda.
While so many are whining like 4 year olds with skinned knees about the events in Florida, they pushed through the senate drilling in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge.

As I said, they are consolidating their base for the next election.
