Perhaps we should start asking those people who are saying this about Michael's choice, (and the Court's choice) of a way to die for Terri..... They use that method only because it's the only legal option they have. It's used because it's passive. No legislature has authorized the use of any painless way, like a lethal injection, and perhaps never will, not if the culture-of-life crowd has anything to say about it. More humane ways are not passive. I don't think anyone would choose starvation if there were a more humane method available.
