Remember John it isn't just inventory levels that are important, it is what those inventories consist of.

You happen to catch the comments of that meek little energy analyst on bloomberg Wednesday?

In a nut shell she said the increased production out of OPEC is sour crude which no one presently has the refinery capacity to handle. What OPEC is hoping to do is to build stock piles of this stuff so it can be refined if and when a 2nd quarter slowdown occurs. If a 2nd quarter slowdown doesn't occur all hell is likely break loose going into next winter.

The refinery constriction lies in the amount of light sweet available not absolute inventory levels.
