I don't take much stock in these blogs of supposed Iraqis writing on the internet from Baghdad. We don't know who they are, what their backgrounds are and what motivates them. Their english is certainly good, and they write better than many on this thread. This indicates tome that they may have been educated in the US or Europe.

For all I know these bloggers are paid by the RNC to write glowing stories about the occupation. I say this because it doesn't take much looking around on the internet to find differing opinions and perspectives.

It'd be like reading the internet blogs about Bush or Kerry here in the US. Pick a perspective...you can find support for it. What it really tells us about US politics, is that this nation is split...just look at the last two elections and the razor thin differences.

I put more trust in non anonymous sources that are reporting from Iraq than these blogs.
