KB, That was a very thought provoking article on China. I knew some of that, but not all of it. And I had not put it all together as well as they did in that article. I know that Strafor is generally reliable, but I was a bit concerned about the some of the tone of the article that painted certain issues in black and white when the people I talk to who have been to China, and do business there, think things are very confusing and gray, not so black and white. So, that raises the question in my mind about whether they are correct, or whether they THINK they ae correct ( a la Slider<vbg>). At any rate, this is very important for us to get our arms around the China situation as it is the most important global economic issue IMHO. Best to all, JRH
