Condor,
As that old saying goes I have predicted 5 of the last 1 real estate declines. My batting average is very poor. But I cannot see how this edifice can be built on such flimsy credit standards and how the rises can be sustained in this ponzi scheme. And not only the rises but are we going to get the 2000 Nasdaq of the RE market with some price declines. I have no idea but how can we can the market not fall unless inflation is so rampant that houses just go up and up with the declining value of the dollar.

I just don't know because I am a bozo. <g>
