Aus, 2 things:

- Again, Lexar explicitly said at the trial (it's in print in their original complaint) that Sandisk is an example of the companies that recognized Lexar's IP and licensed it. I'm not sure why you continue to worry that Lexar will go after Sandisk. Once again -- worry about Toshiba, not about lexar.

- As I understood this when I read some of the Lexar documents, what they claim is that many of their innovations are on the chip side -- but they are features that are needed in the silicon in order to enable a fast controller to operate. So it's not as simple as chips vs. controller -- some of the controller technology goes in the chip. They specifically claimed this about MLC, but I think they say it applies to all NAND.
