Clinton, unlike Bush was an excellent manager and not afraid of hiring the BEST people for the job, which you would think would be the prime directive of the CEO of the USA.... but Bush just hires anyone willing to be a "yes man", witness Condoleeza Rice a mediocre politician AT BEST (she pisses people off unlike the Clinton team who made the world a more stable place)

Paul O'Neill while not Clinton cabinet caliber was at least better than Snow, and even HE was fired for telling Bush the truth - something he wasn't able to hear.

Bush reminds me of the kids of the CEOs who try to start their own companies and fail because of their maturity level
